"Before returning to work in the information technology field I enjoyed a ten year career with Alaska Airlines. I worked in many capacities during my short tenure with AS. I started as a reservations agent then a CSA, mileage plan representative and finally in I.T. IAA prepared me for the fast paced environment of the industry and will always be grateful for the education I received at this academy. "
