"Working as a reservations agent has allowed me to learn the company's computer system thoroughly. I remember my teacher telling us students, that if you start out in res, then no matter what position you decide to transfer to, it'll be much easier to adjust to. And she was right. Working in the travel industry has made me become very spontaneous. One time my friends and I decided at the last minute to go to Canada for the weekend. It was such a fun trip. I am so glad that I decided to attend the Air Academy and get the training needed in order to be a successful airline employee! "
